​Hello and welcome! 

Thank you for visiting my website and for your interest in training in Emotional Freedom Techniques and/or Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.

I recently took the decision to let go of my very busy clinical practice and focus more on delivering training courses.  You may be interested in learning a 'self help' tool for yourself, or you may be interested in adding another tool to your toolbox or simply moving towards a change in career.

Self help tools can be all that some people need but some people need more. If you sign up to my courses, I would assess your suitability to take part and offer suggestions if not.  This is to keep you safe.


Whatever your training needs, I am here to help so if you want a bespoke course for your company, we can have a no obligation chat over the phone or Zoom.  What is important is that I have a wealth of clinical/practical experience as a mental health professional and solid experience as a Trainer for over 20 years.  I have trained curious individuals, mental health practitioners, corporate businesses, midwives, physicians and I also train in the education sector.   You can learn more about me and my qualifications from HERE.

My courses are accredited for CPD purposes by the EFT and Mindfulness Centre and the IICT, both highly prestigious organisations.     I am also listed on the Mindfulness Teachers Register.

I train online and face to face. My online training is strictly regulated by the EFT and Mindfulness Centre and  If you train with me you are eligible to join this organisation which offers  support, resources and networking opportunities. 

UPCOMING ONLINE COURSES/EVENTS: 

As a brief intervention that can be self-applied, EFT tapping is now backed by more than 100 randomised clinical trials (the most accepted form of research).   EFT is used in the NHS and around the world by medical and mental health professionals.  It can be integrated into counselling practices or as a stand alone therapeutic tool.   

Outcome from a recent study:  "...This study adds to the evidence base for EFT as an effective mental health intervention, as has been demonstrated in many previous studies. It also suggests that EFT simultaneously improves a broad range of health markers across multiple physiological systems. As hypothesized, participants experienced significant decreases in pain, anxiety, depression, and PTSD....".

Day 1 – today I have been busy, I have lots on this week so I have noticed my mind wandered a lot today.
Day 2 – I noticed my mind going today, I think I am excited this is the last week and I made it, because that’s all my mind seemed to wander to today…. I done it!!
Day 3 – I am noticing little minutes during the day I can practice the breathing and I am more confident in doing this without the audio now, which is good as it means I will continue to practice in quiet moments
Day 4 – today I got the house to myself I had a good meditation, I didn’t feel rushed, I practiced some self care and nourished my skin afterwards, cant wait to school is back
Day 5 – today is the first my 8 year old asked to join in, he’s showing an interest now, I am going to jump on this
Day 6 – exhausted, bath, meditation, bed
Day 7 – I am feeling so proud today, I achieved this, I didn’t miss a day, and now I set an alarm reminder daily for my future.

I've been practicing EFT for over 20 years and trained with the EFT Masters as well as with Gary Craig online (as we did in those days).  I pioneered the development of the EFT training programme and it went viral.  We didn't use those words then but you know what I mean.  I am also a qualified Psychotherapist so just want you to know that I am able to help you grow and develop. ​
